Event Activations:

One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was the “Gray for a Reason” tribute installation, created to honor individuals impacted by glioblastoma. Ahead of the event, names were collected from families, friends, and community members and hand-calligraphed onto oyster-shaped paper pieces. Each piece was then tucked into a garden arch covered in hydrangeas, forming a subtle and moving visual tribute. The installation served as a place for quiet recognition and also as a photo moment, grounding the event’s purpose within the celebration. Other notable activations include custom towel & hat embroidery, custom calligraphy on luggage tags & passport covers, permanent jewelry and an ice cream cart.
